If you ask us weekend mornings are simply made for pancakes….ok, well maybe also lunch… and perhaps dinner.
Who doesn’t love breakfast for dinner, really?!

Prep time: 5 Mins
What you need:
– Magic bullet or some type of mixer
– 2 eggs
– 1 banana
– 1/2c Oats
– 1/4c Apple Sauce (I used unsweetened)
– 1 tsp Vanilla
– 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
What to do with this stuff:
– Blend Oats in magic bullet/blender until ground.
– Once it is ground
– Add in the rest of the ingredients
– Cook on sprayed pan!
