    Our coaches have a combined history of over 25 years of experience. We ensure that our coaches meet strict guidelines in terms of their education, experience, and credentials. All of our coaches are nationally certified and receive continuing education to stay current on best practices, injury prevention tactics and stay up to date on the most current research.

  • Nutrition

    Each client at LIFT has access to personalized nutrition through Precision Nutrition ProCoach as a part of their membership. We work with you to create healthy eating habits while still allowing you to enjoy yourself! ProCoach is a nutrition program designed by Precision Nutrition that has helped over 45,000 people lose weight, get stronger, and improve their health. This unique approach uses bi-weekly habit changes and daily lessons to create a long-term manageable lifestyle change.

    If you would like more personalized nutrition, whether that's because you have special needs or just want extra accountability, we can do that as well! Just let us know and we'll be happy to work with you to figure out a specialized plan for your needs. 



The way that the body and mind work together and both benefit from being healthy, strong, and confident is extraordinary to me. My mission is to help clients reach their personal fitness goals and maximize their own potential.

I fell in love with training in high school while playing football. That love and passion has grown tremendously as I continued my football career at Whitworth University. Throughout my career I have experienced a wide range of different training styles and use that experience to help tailor my client's workout to best fit their needs both mentally and physically.

The human body is more capable than you know! My passion for training came as a young athlete learning to push myself and become better. Training is not just for competitors but we can all be athletes. The gym offers an opponent that we can never beat, yourself. Everybody can benefit from learning to push themselves to new heights and become stronger than they were yesterday.

My goal as a trainer has always been to better those that I work with. There is no goal that cannot not be reached and it is my mission to be able to help others reach those goals. Training can and should be an enjoyable and empowering experience. I strive to help everyone I work with to develop similar passions for training.

Growing up in a family with four athletic brothers, fitness and competition were a part of everyday life. My passion for health and fitness stemmed from early childhood and blossomed as I continued my competitive career as a collegiate baseball player. Through my time as a collegiate baseball athlete I have learned various training skills that I have adapted and made my own.

My goal at LIFT is to provide an enjoyable workout environment that pushes YOU to new heights in fitness and wellness that never seemed attainable. The gym is a place that will push you mentally and physically on a daily basis. With proper training and motivation anyone can achieve their highest level of fitness goals.

am passionate about fitness, nutrition, and feeling confident in my skin. My mission is to educate more people on the value of weight lifting, while spreading body positivity. I believe fitness should focus primarily on health and longevity. There are too many men and woman at war with their bodies, and I want to help. Let's change the stigma of fitness to one that uplifts others and prizes a healthy, well-nourished physique. One that builds our best selves.

Health looks different to every individual. As a trainer, I pride myself in customizing your workouts to you. I believe that, in order to grow, you need to be pushed passed your comfort zone.
